At Veytrion, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in Sweden and the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product should be returned within the applicable withdrawal period and, where reasonably possible, be in its original condition.

You may examine the product to determine its nature, characteristics, and function. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish these characteristics.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain sealed products may not be eligible for withdrawal once the seal has been broken. This applies where the nature of the product makes such an exclusion legally applicable.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning an item when exercising the right of withdrawal.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of postage until the return has been processed.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process the applicable refund.

Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost charged for the original shipment. If you selected a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery method, the additional cost will not be refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible atinfo@veytrionn.com

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue. We will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges for returned products. If you wish to purchase a different product or variant, you may need to return the original item and place a new order.
